The Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program
KEEPING COMMUNITIES HEALTHY

The Bridge Program is currently accepting applications for the 2018 Special Enrollment Period. Those interested must submit their applications and supporting documents within 60 days of the triggering event. Please contact your Community Partner to apply.

The Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program is uniquely designed to help those who are uninsured and have low income pay for a Kaiser Permanente for Individual and Families (KPIF) health plan. As a Community Health initiative, we will subsidize the full monthly premium for up to 24 months*. Coverage under the KPIF health plan includes preventive services, hospitalization, comprehensive pharmacy and more.

Enrollment into The Kaiser Permanente Bridge Program is limited; Kaiser Permanente reserves the right to stop accepting new enrollments at any time without prior notice.

Click the tabs in the menu above to learn more.

*Participants will receive 13 to 24 months of subsidized coverage, depending on enrollment date.
