The SEP is the time outside of the open enrollment period. In 2017, SEP will begin on February 1, 2017.
- In the case of certain life changing events, also referred to as 'triggering events', you may be eligible for enrollment during SEP. Proceeding a triggering event you have 60 days to apply for enrollment in the Bridge Program.*
- For details on triggering events, and enrollment during SEP, please click here.
- Note, all Bridge Program eligibility requirements still apply during SEP. Although having a baby or adopting a child is a triggering event, if the child is eligible for Medicaid or PeachCare for Kids, they are not eligible for the Bridge Program. Please visit http://dch.georgia.gov/medicaid to learn more about Medicaid and PeachCare for Kids.
If you have experienced at least one of the triggering events listed AND meet the Bridge Program eligibility requirements, please contact the participating community partner where you are actively enrolled in training to see if we are currently acceping applications. All applications are submitted through your participating community partner.
